Every apartment has its own terrace and good view, freezer, air conditioning, water-heater and wash machine. Also a parking space is guaranteed if it is required, apartments are in peaceful area, but they are close to major big summer attractions, including cities like Budva/Kotor/Tivat/Herceg Novi. Mediterranean plant regrowth and preserved natural lands Sea and the mountains will leave you without breath, Kotor which is only 15 minutes of driving away, has 1500 years of history saved in its infrastructure. Many other historic and exotic places are near Risan, but Risan itself has big and nice beach, club/bar, great view, acheologic museum. Our apartmants, are 200 meters from sea, so it gives you open option to be on beach all the day long, whenever you wish for it. ns
